It is time to renew your 2025 MHT Membership!
Early Bird rates in effect until March 31st, 2025:

Family Membership: $150 (early bird rate $135)

Senior Membership: $60 (early bird rate $45)

Junior Membership: $40 (early bird rate $25)

*Please note there are Volunteer hours required for each membership, so ensure that you have read the requirements for each membership

New Members 2025 (or those returning after a 5 year hiatus, will receive 50% off a Senior or Junior Membership ) – Early Bird Pricing does not apply

New to MHT Senior Membership: $30 

New to MHT Junior Membership: $20

Bring a Friend Program 2025 – Existing MHT members will receive a $20 MHT Voucher**, for any new members that they refer and whom buys a New Members 2025 Membership. Referral name will be on the membership form to fill in, at the time of Membership Application

**Voucher will be applied to your membership account and can be used at any MHT event. Non-transferable.  Referral name will be on the membership form to fill in, at the time of Membership Application only. Cannot be applied in retrospect.

If you are a new to MHT or a returning member who hasn’t used the online membership system, please create an account by going to the NEW MEMBER SIGN-UP NEW MEMBER/COACH SIGN-UP

Returning Members:

• Please visit MEMBER SIGN-IN MEMBER/COACH SIGN-IN and log in using your email and password.
• Forgot your password? Please visit the Member Sign-In page and click the Reset Password link to reset your Password.
• When you access your account, you may create a new password. Your membership will be active when your payment is received.

E-Transfers & Credit Card Payments

• Electronic payment is strongly encouraged via e-transfers to mht.etransfers@gmail.com 
• Credit card can be used on our online membership system, however there is a small add per transaction.
• Payment can be made by cheque however is subject to a $20 processing fee. Please send along with the volunteer cheque/fee to the Treasurer.
• Membership will only become in good standing when the payment and volunteer cheque/fee has been received.

CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE USE

Single Course use: $20

Annual Rider Schooling Fee: $200 (MHT members only)

• All riders must pay a course user fee each time the Birds Hill Park cross-country course is being used during specified schooling periods. 
• This form must be filled in and submitted every time you use the course. 
• Required memberships:
  • MHC membership is mandatory for all riders.
  • MHT membership is not necessary to school the cross country course, however you must have an EC Registered/Certified coach present. 

COACHES

All coaches who take students to school the Birds Hill Park cross-country course must hold a current EC Registered Coach; EC Licensed Coach number or be an MHC Grassroots Coach.

    • MHC membership is mandatory for all coaches.

Check out our RECIPROCITY AGREEMENTS with other clubs! These are agreements we have with other clubs in order to support one another without having to pay a costly temporary membership or full membership if riders would like to go to other shows.

• You are required to have your Manitoba Horse Council Membership as well as your Manitoba Horse Trials Membership.
