It is time to renew your 2024 MHT Membership!
Early Bird rates in effect until March 31st, 2024:

Family Membership: $150 (early bird rate $135)

Senior Membership: $60 (early bird rate $45)

Junior Membership: $40 (early bird rate $25)

*Please note there are Volunteer hours required for each membership, so ensure that you have read the requirements for each membership

New Members 2024 (or those returning after a 5 year hiatus, will receive 50% off a Senior or Junior Membership ) – Early Bird Pricing does not apply

Bring a Friend Program 2024 – Existing MHT members will receive a $20 MHT Voucher**, for any new members that they refer and whom buys a New Members 2024 Membership. Referral name will be on the membership form to fill in, at the time of Membership Application

**Voucher will be applied to your membership account and can be used at any MHT event. Non-transferable. Referral name will be on the membership form to fill in, at the time of Membership Application only. Cannot be applied in retrospect.

E-Transfers & Credit Card Payments

Electronic payment is strongly encouraged via e-transfers to mht.etransfers@gmail.com
Credit card can be used on our online membership system, however there is a small add per transaction.
Payment can be made by cheque however is subject to a $20 processing fee. Please send along with the volunteer cheque to the Membership Chair.
Membership will only become in good standing when the e-transfer has been deposited and volunteer cheque has been received.

CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE USE

COURSE USER APPLICATION (for Riders) $30

NON-Member Newbie Fee: $20 (first time EVER schooling on cross country course)

All riders must pay a course user fee each time the Birds Hill Park cross-country course is being used during specified schooling periods.
This form must be filled in and submitted every time you use the course.
Required memberships:
- MHC membership is mandatory for all riders.
- MHT membership is not necessary to school the cross country course, however you must have an EC Registered/Certified coach present.

COACHES

All coaches who take students to school the Birds Hill Park cross-country course must hold a current EC Registered Coach or Licensed Coach number.

  - MHC membership is mandatory for all coaches.

ANNUAL PASS FOR CROSS COUNTRY SCHOOLING

Annual Fee: $300.00 available for MHT members. Can be used for unlimited schooling, with multiple horses.

Check out our RECIPROCITY AGREEMENTS with other clubs! These are agreements we have with other clubs in order to support one another without having to pay a costly temporary membership or full membership if riders would like to go to other shows.

You are required to have your Manitoba Horse Council Membership as well as your Manitoba Horse Trials Membership.
