2020 Year-End Points Criteria
To be eligible for MHT Year End Awards:
- Must be a full member of MHT as of the first show points are awarded
- Must be the same horse/rider combination in one division
- Must have competed in MB in order for out of province competitions to count
- Horse and Rider must have successfully completed a minimum of 3 MHT sanctioned activities including Horse Trials, MHT/PC Combined Tests, and Clinics
- Weightings
- Participation in any MHT clinic – 1 point
- Successful completion of show- 1 point
- Sanctioned Horse Trials – 10 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1
- Combined Tests (2 or more phases) – 6 5 4 3 2 1
- Out of Province results must be submitted to the secretary at least 6 weeks prior to the Awards Banquet
- If competing at an out of province show on conflicting dates of in-province shows, at a level or type not offered in province, points will be awarded on the same basis as though the show was in province
